Christmas & New Year deliveries
Our final order date for carrier deliveries will be Tuesday 22nd December and all orders placed after, and during the holidays will be delivered from Wednesday 5th January onwards. We are closed from 12.00pm on Friday 24th December and will re open on Tuesday 4th January.

90% of goods ordered before 12.30pm will be delivered NEXT DAY. For items that are currently out of stock we aim to deliver within 3/5 working days or sooner.
The majority of orders are delivered on a PARCEL rate on panel sizes up to 2440mm x 1220mm. We can also deliver 3000mm x 500mm panel sizes or slightly larger on a parcel rate depending on material type.
Occasionally, for non local deliveries goods ordered may not be suitable for parcel delivery due to the high potential risk of panels being damaged in transportation. (For example, 3050mm x 2030mm x 3mm clear acrylic) in which case a pallet may be required.
International orders are welcome please contact us via email or telephone our sales team on 0191 258 0777 for international carriage costs.
Your goods may be delivered any time between the hours of 8am and 5pm on the specified delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a precise delivery time for your order. Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. Please check the goods have not been damaged in transportation before signing delivery. If the goods are damaged or if you are unsure of their condition please sign for the goods as "DAMAGED" or alternatively refuse to accept delivery. Please notify us of any damaged goods as soon as possible.
