HMWPE Sheet and HMWPE rod is a engineering plastic available in natural or
black. This high density polyethylene sheet is also known as HMWPE PE500
due to its molecular weight. Other grades of HMWPE are also available.
Common Uses for HMWPE / PE 500
HMWPE are mainly used in the food and leisure industry, however PE500 grade
HMWPE sheets and HMWPE rods are not recommended where abrasion resistance
is required.
