DELIVERY INFORMATION
Our goal at PlasticStockist.com is to deliver to you the best brands of plastic, offering custom sizes and ensuring you get those products on time and in excellent condition. Below is a table of our delivery rates:

90% of goods ordered before 12.30pm will be delivered NEXT DAY. For items that are currently out of stock we aim to deliver within 3/5 working days or sooner.
The majority of orders are delivered on a PARCEL rate on panel sizes upto 2440mm x 1220mm. We can also deliver 3000mm x 500mm panel sizes too or slightly larger on a parcel rate depending on material type.
Occasionally, for non local deliveries goods ordered may not be suitable for parcel delivery as selected due to the high potential risk of panels being damaged in transportation. (For example, 3050mm x 2030mm x 3mm clear acrylic)
We will inform you as soon as possible via E-mail or phone and offer you the option of reconfirming your order with the new delivery option.
Delivery options are given to you at the checkout stage of the shopping cart before products are purchased. You will have to be a registered user in order for the system to calculate your delivery costs with your post code entered.
International orders are welcome and the facility to calculate international carriage costs will be added to the web site very shortly. For now, please contact us via email or telephone our sales team on 0191 258 0777 for international carriage costs.
Your goods may be delivered any time between the hours of 8am and 5pm on the specified delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a precise delivery time for your order. Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. Please check the goods have not been damaged in transportation before signing delivery. If the goods are damaged or if you are unsure of their condition please sign for the goods as "DAMAGED" or alternatively refuse to accept delivery. Please notify us of any damaged goods as soon as possible.
