Delivery
Free delivery when you spend £400 or more*
*Free and discounted delivery charge is for orders placed online suitable for standard parcel delivery service to UK mainland addresses only and excluding Scottish Highland Post Codes.
The spend amount is based on the price excluding vat.
This does not apply to goods that require pallet delivery or large items that are not suitable for parcel carrier.
This applies to standard weekday parcel service only and does not apply to Saturday deliveries or timed delivery services.
We aim to deliver within 2 to 3 working days for goods that are available from stock. For items that are currently out of stock we aim to deliver within 5/7 working days or sooner. For any urgent orders that requires next day delivery, please contact our sales team during office hours. 0191 258 0777.
For international orders, we aim to dispatch the goods for shipping within 2 or 3 days for goods available from stock, For items that are currently out of stock we aim to despatch within 5/7 working days or sooner.
The majority of orders are delivered on a PARCEL rate on panel sizes up to 2440mm x 1220mm. We can also deliver 3000mm x 500mm panel sizes or slightly larger on a parcel rate depending on material type.
Occasionally, for non local deliveries goods ordered may not be suitable for parcel delivery due to the high potential risk of panels being damaged in transportation. (For example, 3050mm x 2030mm x 3mm clear acrylic) in which case a pallet charge may be required.
International orders are welcome please contact us via email or telephone our sales team on 0191 258 0777 for international shipping costs.
Your goods may be delivered any time between the hours of 8am and 5pm on the specified delivery date. Unfortunately, we are unable to specify a precise delivery time for large parcel deliveries on Tuffnells. However, for smaller parcels less than 1000mm x 1000mm, DPD will email or messgae you with a specfied time slot if we have the correct contact details on your order. Upon receipt of your order you will be asked to sign for the goods received in good condition. Please check the goods have not been damaged in transportation before signing delivery. If the goods are damaged or if you are unsure of their condition please sign for the goods as "DAMAGED" or alternatively refuse to accept delivery. Please notify us of any damaged goods as soon as possible.
